Spicy Herring Fish in Red Sauce


Bahan :
  • 1 kg Herring Fish, potong bagi dua
  • 100 gr kacang panjang
  • 10 cabe merah
  • 2 buah tomat
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 2 siung sjalot
  • 2 batang serai memarkan
  • 2 lbr daun jeruk
  • 1 cangkir air
  • Garam dan Gula secukupnya

Caranya :
  • Blender halus, cabe, tomat dan bawang. Tumis bumbu halus bersama sisa bahan, setelah harum, masukan kacang panjangnya, lalu ikannya di atas kacang panjang itu.
  • Tambahkan 1 cangkir air, jika air menyusut masukan garam dan gula secukupnya dan siap untuk disajikan
  • Jangan diaduk-aduk, karena ikan ini gampang sekali hancur. Bagusnya memakai wajan anti lengket (teflon)
